Walls that stop
people mid-step.

I'm Johanna Marx — a UC Berkeley student and artist working in bright, textured realism, with the occasional horror piece if your space wants an edge. I'm painting my first few Bay Area murals right now.

The Offer

Your first mural, supply cost only.

I’m building a Bay Area mural portfolio, so for a limited time, you’ll get a custom mural by only paying for the paint and supplies — no labor charge for my time. All I ask is a photo when it’s done and tagging me if you post it.

This rate is limited to my next few walls. After that, custom murals start at $150.
How It Works

You reach out

Tell me about your space — size of the wall, vibe you're going for, any must-haves.

We plan it together

I'll send a quick concept sketch based on your space before anything touches the wall.

I paint it

Most murals take 1–3 sessions depending on size. I bring everything I need.
